Check-in counters
Check-in at the airport opens 2 hours prior to departure and closes approximately 45 minutes prior departure time. Information regarding check-in times can be found on your travel document.

We recommend that you arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to departure, as waiting times may occur both at check-in counters and at security control.

Check-in machines
In Danish airports, self-service machines are available for check-in.
In Copenhagen, these are located in Terminal 2.

Information screens in the airports provide information about dedicated baggage drop counters.

All travelers must have a boarding pass.
