It is always prohibited to carry dangerous goods onboard our flights.
Dangerous goods may include (but are not limited to):
Compressed gases (e.g. gas cartridges for air pumps)
Corrosive and combustible liquids
Paint
Fireworks
Poisons
Substances containing bacteria or viruses
Lithium Batteries in devices such as computers, tablets and phones (max. 100 Wh):
• Must always be carried in carry-on bag.
Power banks
• Contain a lithium battery.
• Must always be carried in carry-on bag.
• May not be used on board.
• Maximum capacity per unit: 100 Wh.
Lithium batteries for mobility aids such as electric wheelchair or mobility scooter
• Must always be stored in carry-on bag.
• Must be protected against short circuit.
Electric wheelchair or mobility scooter with lithium battery:
• Max. 300 Wh for 1 battery.
• Max. 160 Wh per battery when carrying 2 batteries.
• Must always be carried in carry-on bag.
• Spare battery/batteries follow the same rules.
Important:
Lithium batteries and equipment containing lithium batteries must not be placed in the overhead compartment. They must be removed from bags/trolleys and placed under the seat in front of you in a bag or a net. If you bring a personal item that fits under the seat, you may leave the batteries inside it.
Please contact Jettime Customer Service well in advance of your trip if you are travelling with a mobility aid and the battery capacity exceeds 100 Wh.
It is not allowed to bring hoverboards, segways, balance boards, electric bikes etc. containing lithium batteries.
